Before & After.
Leak Repair and Maintenance
Although displaced slates and structural damage were causing active leaks, our team successfully repaired the flashing and sealed the tiling to restore total watertight security.
Full Roof Replacement
A complete roof replacement for a detached home in South Dublin. Old tiles were removed, structural repairs carried out, and new high‑grade tiles were installed for improved weather protection and aesthetics.
Focus on Slates and Weatherproofing
Although the original roof had slipped slates and broken gutters that risked water damage, our team completely renewed the slates and drainage system to ensure total weather protection.

I contacted Chris regarding a roof leak. He arrived punctually and was very thorough explaining what needed to be done to address the problem, as well as what can be done to improve overall roof state. The work was done - problem solved, and roof in much better shape. Excellent workmanship and professionalism. I will be calling again when time comes.

Chris and the lads arrived to repair broken tiles which was causing a leak in the attic. They went far an beyond lifting surrounding tiles which revealed 3 holes and rotten wood. I have no hesitation in recommending cj roofing. They showed videos of the damage before and after. With all the rain not a drop. So im delighted 5 stars all the way.
